In a crockpot:
1 boneless skinless chicken breast cut in small pieces
1 carrot sliced thin
1 small onion chopped
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1-2 tsp salt to taste
64 oz. of chicken broth (2 cartons)
egg noodles (about 1/2 a bag)
Keep on low for about 6-8 hours, or till chicken is done.
Add noodles about 10 minutes before serving time or precook and add right before serving.
Serve with lots of crackers.
I need this meal for my TUESDAY NIGHT!!!!
