Slow Cooker Chicken Fettucine

This is SOOOO good:
(Do I say this about everything? I think I might.)
boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet of dry Italian dressing
1 can of cream of chicken dressing
1 bar or container of cream cheese
1 box of pasta (I prefer thin spaghetti)
In crock pot:
About 2 or 3 split boneless skinless chicken breasts.
1 cup water
1 packet of dry Italian dressing mix
Mix together.
Cook till done.
(High two hours, Low four)
In saucepan, mix a bar of cream cheese with a can of cream of chicken soup, till all melted together.
When chicken is done in slow cooker, pour the cheese/soup mixture on top and cook another couple hours.
Make a box of thin spaghetti pasta, and spoon chicken mixture over top on individual plates.

  2. I may have to try this one too. I don't love cream cheese, but I am hoping the taste is not evident?

  4. I love your blog and your recipes are amazing! Your philosophy on meals is right down my alley - :)!! This recipe sounds yummy and can't wait to try it. It sounds a lot like one I make...put chicken in crock pot and pour mixture of cream cheese, can cream of chicken soup, and pkg of dry italian dressing over top and cook low 6 hours or high 4-5. We serve it over rice. Oooh so yummy... called Creamy Italian Crock Pot Chicken! Just thought I would share:) Thanks for all your advice and recipes.

  6. This is in my crock pot right now! Can't wait for dinner tonight! I am so happy to have a fettuccine recipe that does not have egg in it. (My daughter is allergic to eggs.)

  8. I have a recipe similar to this one (uses cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken) and it is always a hit with company! I think I'll make it next week!

  9. Does anyone have any tips to just allow this to cook in the slow cooker all day by itself? I'm at work all day and wouldn't be able to add the ingredients halfway through... Maybe use frozen chicken breast?
