  1. This sounds soooo good! Can I refrigerate it? Or is it best made fresh when you want it? Can't wait to try it :)

  2. I forgot to tell you. I tried this about a month ago and it is now my exclusive salad dressing. Which is great since half the reason I don't make my own salads is because i can't find a good store-bought dressing. Thanks!

  3. LOVE greek food - I hope I can find the greek seasoning you make use of.
Thank you for recipes that are MSG free. I cannot use Campbells soups due to the msg b/c I get migraines.

  5. Just wanted to tell you that I whipped up a salad for lunch today for a friend & I & I used your amazing salad dressing recipe. You are correct...it is so good you could drink it straight. Is it bad that I did? It was just a little--what was left at the bottom of my bowl once the salad was gone. Mmmm! Thanks for sharing! =)

  7. I LIED!!!!!!! I posted an original comment about this dressing being less than impressed. But after keeping it in a mason jar, putting it in the fridge overnight and adding feta, can you say yum? When you say mix well, you mean mix the crap out of it and pour immediately b/c it will separate. My boyfriend and I ate salad until it was gone. In fact, I ate the remaining olives, feta and a cucumber with a little dressing poured over it and it was perfect. Thanks for sharing!

  9. Does this need to be refrigerated? After 2 days in the fridge, the olive oil turned and was chunky. I LOVE this dressing, just hoping that it is not necessary to refrigerate.
