Gingersnaps

3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. mollases
1 egg
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix butter, sugar and eggs, and then add dry ingredients.
Once mixed, form dough into balls and roll in bowl of sugar.  
Place on lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake for 8-10 mins @ 375.
